HGP Power was formed with the objective of being the early mover in the small scale pumped hydro-power industry. Over time, our ideas have developed and changed, but the objectives have stayed the same.

Make power storage cheaper and easier.

We wish to partner with both the existing mining industry and future power consumers such as the Hydrogen export industry to ensure power security for both industry and retail consumers.

Peter worked 14 years in the resources sector, starting in mining before moving into the LNG industry. His experience in how real world facilities operate gave him the insights to create HPG Power.

His vision is to be a part of the energy revolution in Australia, ensuring existing and new energy consumers and producers are able to compete on global markets due to consistent, low cost power in a world where CO2 emissions must be reduced.
